We spent over 8 months designing and testing this Helmet Liner. We took input from many different Operators in the field on the Pros & Cons of liners currently being used. The helmet liner must do it's job but not get in the way. That being said, we made this liner to be just as comfortable done up as wide open. It's a very comfortable fit, eliminates wind, and stays nice and warm with 3 levels of heat, all day long. 

Made of Cat II Flame Resistant Cotton Twill, with thin insulation to fit into the helmet and stay on with the wind and work. Having the heat onboard eliminates the need for bulky insulation like other liners.

Comes with Intrinsic 2200mAh Litium Ion Battery that last 5-6 hours of heating. Have one charged up and swap them out in the afternoon.
